Terms & Conditions of Entry By entering the draw for a Frances Muldoon Photography Studio Portrait Gift Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply only if you are selected as a recipient of a Portrait Experience Gift Voucher (EV). 1. Redemption Period If selected, your Experience Voucher (EV) must be used to attend your studio portrait session within three months of receipt. After this time, the voucher will expire. 2. Exclusive Use Your EV may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and must be used only as described in your winner notification. 3. Non-Retroactive The EV may not be used toward photographs from a previous session. 4. Non-Transferable The EV is non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient only. 5. Restrictions on Usage The EV may not be used toward wedding or commercial photography sessions. 6. For family sessions, all immediate family members must attend for the voucher to be valid. 7. Session Details The gifted studio portrait session is valued at €100. Family portrait sessions are 60 minutes in duration; dog portrait sessions are 30 minutes and take place midweek only. 8. Portrait Order Credit The €100 gift credit included in your EV can only be used toward your portrait order from this session. It cannot be transferred, split, or applied to any other session or product. 9. Annual Limit Only one EV may be redeemed per family per calendar year. 10. Usage Rights By redeeming your EV and participating in your photography session, you grant Frances Muldoon Photography the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, in accordance with Irish copyright law. 11. Prohibited Sale Your EV may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to any third party or online platform without prior written consent from Frances Muldoon Photography. 12. Finished Products Only As a fine art portrait studio, we do not sell digital images or loose prints. All purchased portraits are professionally finished and ready to hang, frame, or present in albums or folio boxes. 13. Session & Viewing Requirement To validate your EV, both the studio portrait session and your in-studio Viewing and Ordering Appointment must take place. During this appointment, you’ll personally select the portraits you’d like to order using your credit. If this appointment is not attended, your credit is forfeited. The studio cannot select images on your behalf. 14. Viewing Appointment Timing Your viewing appointment must take place within one month of your portrait session. Delays may result in forfeiting your voucher credit. 15. Booking Deposit If you are selected, you’ll be asked to secure your booking with a €50 deposit. This deposit holds your place in our diary for both the session and the viewing appointment. The €50 is either: Applied to your portrait order as additional credit Or refunded at your viewing appointment – provided you attend as scheduled 16. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. If notice is not given in time, your deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Final Notes By participating in this draw and redeeming a voucher, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We are a fine art portrait studio based in Rosses Point, County Sligo. Our passion is to create meaningful, beautifully finished artwork – heirloom portraits to be proudly displayed, not stored away. For this reason, we do not offer digital-only products or loose prints.
